Customer support?

Good app with fairly detailed maps. Could be a "replacement" for National Geographic app since the demise of NGs High Definition maps.
Some cities use incorrect spelling and/or characters in the font theyre using. In fact, it looks silly..
However, they do not respond to repeated emails? Ive emailed their support several times pointing out the errors and making suggestions on how to correct those errors - not a single response. Pretty disappointing.
